Both locations feature enclosed spaces with barbed-fire fences, high-definition security cameras, outdoor lighting, and controlled access gates. The area is searched daily by the owner.

Access is provided 24 hours, seven days a week.

A 30-day notice is required before move out. Contact us by phone or email and provide applicable information. Remove ALL items, sweep, remove lock, and close and latch the door. When this is completed, your deposit will be processed.

Yes. A 5% discount is available for six-month leases and 10% for 12-month leases.

A $50.00 deposit is due upon signage of lease. Deposits will be returned, barring any damages or lack of rental payment on the unit being rented and that a 30-day notice is given before you move out.
